Camtasia Alternative - must be able to...

I'm wondering if anyone can help with a quick question?
I recorded an audio file from a sales script and I have power point slides which accompany the audio. I need to create a video by uploading the audio and then adding the slides at the correct time throughout the video. It wll be used as an evergreen webinar and passed off as live.
I know camtasia can do this, but frankly I think Camtasia sucks. At least from what I've seen of it that is. Screenflow can't upload the audio file.
Can anyone recommend a program with these capabilities?
