How to add Social Bookmarking to websites ?

Are there services allow you to add ONE piece of code to a webpage, and the code will display multiple social bookmarking options? including facebook, google+, Twitter, etc.

If it's an actual site, click on the 2nd link I posted. There is a red button on the main page that will lead you to adding that code to your site instead of WP blog.
