Traffic Travis Won't connect

I was told by a few people to test out Traffic Travis free version for some SEO work,

I downloaded it but the thing keeps saying it cant connect to the internet

I've looked on there site Help & Support

But it's the worst support ( Yes i know it's a free software)

There advice to add to the "Allow" list didn't work. I don't have any anti virus so it's not been blocked by that.

I even turned off my firewall to get it again and it didn't work.

I'm out of ideas.

Any got anything they have tried ?

    First of all don't expect a good customer service for free product, because a free product isn't worth providing support. I am using Traffic Travis from very long, in fact I haven't used any other tool than Traffic Travis as my SEO tool.

    I know it might be frustrating to see a software isn't working well but anyhow you have to figure out what is the problem. Try uninstalling and register yourself for free again using another e-mail id and then download and install again.

      On this PC i've windows XP installed twice on a partition,

      It works fine on one but not on the other !

      I'll try uninstalling it

    Ive used The free version of TT for ages and not had a problem and their support has been pretty good any time I've needed it . You said that you looked on the help and support but have you submitted a support ticket? also are you running the latest version of the software?
