What's the best way to sell a digital product such as wordpress theme? Clickbank takes 8% which seems a little high but then you get the benefit of being in their network. I'm looking for something that will allow me to accept payments an automatically make the file available for download, hopefully it will also be able to handle updates so that customers can download new versions when they come out. |

Why not launch it as a WSO as well? I mean, there is great demand for quality wordpress themes and plugins provided you position them with all their benefits being made well known to the warriors here.

You could use JV Zoo which does just that. Or if you're not using affiliates then you can get a programmer to code it for you for like $20.

If you think of Clickbank alternatives, try launching with Clicksure.com. Making it as WSO and launching out here in WF is a great option too as we had many successful wp launches here in WF.

Clickbank DigiResults JVZoo WarriorPlus E-junkie Off the top of my head. There are many ways to process sales for such a product, but the real kicker is the marketing and launch of the product. If it is a plugin you are selling, send me a email or PM when you get ready to launch it. I'm always looking for more quality plugins to promote. |

I've got a basic free wordpress plugin for digital downloads, but i don't know how stable it is yet. - Btw, it's an adsense optimized theme, hoping it will generate some interest here. We're going to design a layout that works well for adsense text ads as well as random placements within articles to increase CTR. If you guys have any suggestions, let me know! We'll probably do an affiliate program with it as well, so I'll be posting that here too if so.

You can also sell your plugin at these premium plugin selling websites
For regular updates, you might need to set up your own website and hookup digital delivery system. |

Why not submit the Theme to websites like Themeforest.net. They have a couple difference ways they take commission, but seems like all their seems in there get a hundred+ sales in the first couple of months. If you were to submit it to a few sites like this, it should take off pretty well. Along with a WSO.

I have used e-junkie for years. It allows me to sell both digital and physical items, and add affiliates (payout process is on you to monitor though). Just my .02 worth. keith |

I used to use eJunkie, and I liked it also, but it has a price tier, so it becomes way more expensive by the month, especially after adding more downloadable products. The estore plugin is a one-time charge, $49.95, no subscription, does everything I need it to do, use it on all your sites, no extra fee, free future upgrades, and they have an affiliate program as well. (The link I provided in my earlier post was NOT an affiliate link )Ron
