What does it take to sell a blog on Flippa?

I recently stopped blogging because I need to focus on more important things in my life. I still do internet marketing but have cut it down to a minimum.

I have a blog that has 99% unique content (59 articles; all 800+ articles)

It is more built for branding. Doesn't produce any income but it is real purty! lOL..

All jokes aside, I know for a fact it won't take much for someone with the knowledge to turn it into the empire it deserves to be.

Doesn't really get that much traffic now since i don't write on it.

For some odd reason, it doesn't have any PR yet. Reason I say odd is because i have a subdomain on that domain that has ALL ezine & article base content & they gave it a PR1.

Anyway, my question is, have you or someone you knew sold an unwanted blog on flippa?

What are people looking for? PR? Traffic? Income? Looks?

If you have any advise, I appreciate it...

PS.. and how much does it cost to list a blog on Flippa? Are there other blog flipping sites you recommend?

    you need to have Google analytics installed. If you offer escrow.com it is a plus, specially if you pay for the fees.

    people are looking for:

    website that are already earning, even if just adsense
    with steady traffic
    with an aged domain

    if you don't have any of these you can still sell it, but for peanuts.

    Most people wouldn't pay you much for such a site, because it's not currently monetized, not generating a lot of current traffic and has no PR. Maybe someone will enjoy the content on your site and believe that they can optimize it to make money, but they'll still be able to pay you only a small amount.

    To sell a website on Flippa, it costs around $20 for the minimum package and upwards if you want any smaller options.

      If you want to get anything out of it you will have to show that it has earnings. I don't know anyone who buys a site for looks.
