    Wow

It's a pretty risky business, what he is doing, but it's a pretty interesting way to make money. I know many people who buy and sell domains for a living but on such a huge scale? I can't think of anyone!

    Great read.

It's not hard to figure out what he's doing. He built his own software to compile lists of Google friendly keywords and the software also mass-registers the names after he gives them a quick look over.

Hmm, interesting, way to make money. But with all the money he has after selling his business etc, I think I would slow down a bit!

I like that he's got an organisation called grassroots.org that helps charities through technology. It's a non profit setup.

Its interesting to know someone is doing this business on such a high scale. I would say there are people making thousands out of this business every month but personally I woulnt go for it coz it seems quite a risky for me.

That's pretty impressive. I think I would have retired after selling the first business for $80 million

Right. Probably what I'll do as well. But if it's a real passion, then work becomes like living a dream.

I hate these cybersquatters. I wanted a domain last month - some agency wanted $1600 for it. I bought the plural form of the domain for $10.

A domain name is worthless. A website is valuable.

Google cybersquatting and you will see that domain investing has nothing to do with cybersquatting.

Your argument is similar to ...
a piece of property is worthless without a house on it.

Domain investors invest in domains and if people are willing to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for premium domains, they are far from worthless.
