Sedo not responding after contacting me. My options?
I had some questions regarding payments which I had duly entered in the comments form twice - about 10 and 7 days back. I haven't received a single response from them. (the form says that their usual response time is 1-2 business days)
Now without responding to my questions, their automated program has triggered another email asking me to transfer the domain.
While Sedo is a big name in the industry, I don't really want to deal with a company which prefers a one way communication.
What options do I have?
