You know HOW, But do you know WHY?

It's obvious in each company, the marketing team know how and why
their products sell. Online I know so many marketers knwo how and
jump high when they make a sale, but they can't repeat it cause they
do not know why.

Assume you get a customer to you webpage. He/she purchase your
latest product. You simply know HOW they got there. You may have
tracking, GA, etc. But do you know why? SO you can repeat that. As
there will be a working concept on many other customers.

I never got a questions when I purchase. Why did you purchase
product x? I mean you get the questions when you refund. But
not when you purchase. Do you realize the importance?

Let say someone just made you money. Then if you use x% of
your total sales income and create a product you could give
away for taking a poll. No cheap trashy free crap. A valuable
product.

Then ask your customer WHY? And give them a related product.
Now you can repeat sales by sales cause you know why they
bought YOUR Service/Product!

You may think.."I know cause I solved a problem." Bite me.. you
know WHY YOU sell your product. You still will be amazed the
answers you will get from your customers. Many times there are
things you have on your webpage that stick out.

Sure, they bought a service/product to solve their problem. They
could have bought it on 10 other places online. Why just at your
site?

Remember The WHY! The HOW is well known. Send 1000 men to
a make-up store. The how is, YOU sent them. They WHY? Not many
will purchase as the product does not appeal to them. Send 1000
married men and voila the purchase rate increase. They will tell
you "it's for my wife" and you know why.

The simplest things is what works best...
