JV Manager

I'm not into getting affiliates to promote my products so please bear with me I might ask a few stupid questions.
What is a JV manager and what is the job of a JV manager?
Am I right in saying a JV managers job is to go out and look for other marketers to send out email blasts for your clickbank product?
If thats right then thats what I'm looking for. I've just put a product on clickbank in the money making niche and its got a very good sales letter which converts at 35%.
But I need affiliates to drive me traffic for 75% of the sale price. I would be willing to give away the other 25% to a JV manager so I basically get nothing on the front end but obviously get to build a buyer email list.
Am I also right in thinking you would also need to help out your affiliates first by helping then sell there clickbank product before they help you? Kind of like a adswap but selling clcikbank product?
If thats the case I do have a email list so that would not be a problem.
Where would be the best place to look for a JV manager?
Also is there any good courses out there that teach you how to get affiliates to send you traffic? Because I guess there is more to it than to just stick your product on clickbank?
Surely? Or is that all you have to do?
Any tips and help on this subject would be most welcome.
