I purchase a set of 10 nicely made websites that are set up to earn from Adsense and affiliate sites. The thing is that these are all PLr and will need domain names and rewritng to be able to rank. Are ther any tips to dealing with this type of site? I guess I could outsource the rewriting? I am on a tight schedule at the moment but I need some way to bring in extra cash in the near future

They're going to require just as much work as starting fresh for the most part. Get hosting, the domains of course, and upload WordPress to them. Use the theme you want, start installing the plugins you want, set up the widgets, and create a gameplan. Decide where you're going to get the content from (yes, you're going to want to outsource if you're creating 10 sites). Think long-term. Think where you want the sites in a month, 6 months, etc. Find who you want to do your SEO (search engine optimization). Keep track of everything in an Excel spreadsheet or piece of paper. There's a start.

    Todd O-

If you want to make some money from these sites, you're going to have to invest something.

Whether it may be time or money, just blindly putting up PLR on a site and hoping that you'll rank isn't gonna get the job done.

Do a little KW research and get the right domain names, get a good hosting company (I always recommend Hostgator) and make it happen.

    Look.

You gotta be hungry to survive/excel in this business, so either free up your schedule (Or your wallet) and build up your income.

What is PLR? Actually instead of asking stupid questions, where is the best place I can go to to get acclamated with this site and Internet Marketing in general?

      Hi

PLR stands for Private Label Rights. This is material written by someone else who then sells it and the buyer can claim it as their own. The advantage is it saves time, especially if you can't write well. The disadvantage is that there maybe hundreds of copies of this PLR sold to other marketers causing duplicate content on the web (Not Good) so it must be rewritten. To find out more about Internet Marketing in general you can search this forum at various newbie oriented threads. Or you can take a crash course by buying a "WSO" or Warrior Special Offer that is oriented towards newbies. I wouldnt pay more than $7.00 though cause the information is already all over the net.
      Good luck with your studies.
