    Imnica Mail has an option for single-optin, and it's much lower in cost than Aweber (starting at $3 for 1000 subscribers)

    Aweber or GetResponse are great platforms. I personally choose GetResponse over Aweber.

    Aweber or Getresponse, also CampaignMonitor and ConstantContact are the best paltforms for me. I don't like imnicamail that much.
