Newb q: have leads -- will monetize! But how?

Hi,

I have a website with 300--400 uniques a day, out of which about 10% contacts me with emails and names, and phone nums.

It has Adsense, but there are no aff. prog-s for the niche. In fact, I am the service provider that would make an aff. prog-m, if there was money in it.

The way I see it, the real value of the website (on my end) are those "leads" - people and their contact info.

I am sure that this website can bring in more than $400/month it does now. I just don't have enough experience/contacts to properly milk it.

Please help.

Thanks for the first ever reply to my post so far here. I should clarify my question.

I learned a new term a day or two ago: "list management".

My question is, really, when you get a list of people - not some specific group of people (well, not teenagers) - and you work this list as you can and squeeze what you can out of it, the niche doesn't matter, cause you can't use that list for that niche anymore.

So, you have a great live list that's useless to you. Do you sell it? Where? Who pays better? Who will abuse it less? Maybe, specific CPA networks? Maybe, warriors here? Do you lend it to that "list management" service, or do you send some unsolicited emails, or all of the above?

Say, you found a flashdrive with a thousand names and emails on it. What can you do?

I don't get the question you're trying to ask.

Why are the contacts of the people who visit your site not important to you? What exactly is this niche with no relevant products that you could possibly market to them?

Of course, you can sell your leads, but you probably won't earn a lot from them.

I'd suggest you disclose what kind of traffic you get on your site, so that someone here can recommend a good way to monetize it.

BTW, you can also get private ads on your website instead of relying solely on AdSense. Visit Buy Ads | BuySellAds for more information about this.

I didn't mean that my visitors' contacts are unimportant to me. They are very important. And I would like, of course, to feed the wolf and keep the sheep. But I can contact the people two-three times tops in most cases.

The traffic is almost all US, 18+. Rather than that there are no distinct categories or anything.

Thanks, Yasir, for "relevant products that you could market to them." This is exactly what I'm asking -- general ideas and approaches.

Regarding selling the list, can you be more specific as to how much this kind of leads go for nowadays?

The "list management" service, say by websponsors.com, did you try it, anybody?
