What is Your Landing Page Traffic Strategy?

What is your favorite traffic strategy to drive traffic to an opt-in form?

PPC is tough if you use a simple opt-in or video opt-in because of quality score.

I'm experimenting with video per JMo's strategies and I'm also using opt-in forms on all of my niche and review sites.

However, I haven't found a strategy that works well enough to get me as many leads as I'd like.

So I'm curious, what methods do you use?

Do you find that articles work for opt-ins over a long period of time, or do you have to keep fresh articles up?

Articles work pretty well for me.

Thing thing is once someone reads your article and like it enough to click through to your website they will be very likely to op-tin for more information.

I'm assuming you're using a proper website with some content, privacy, contact pages, etc.

Google also likes to see a landing page that has useful content.

If your simpler style isn't working that well, try this style which is longer, has more content on the page and adopts a "social proof/testimonial" approach:

That's a nice looking landing page, although it is a bit long for my tastes.

I'm not having a problem with getting opt-in's, I'm just having a problem getting people to the form.

Making articles,videos,blog and forum posting are the most common thing i'm doing to get traffics for free.I also make offline advertising through sending my friends a mail about the site or product i'm promoting.
