      Sounds good about 1 agent free forever! It gives newbies a break who are just one person operations.

      I use zendesk and I am 100% pleased with them so far even if it does cost me $100 per month.

    Usually free stuff is scaring people and it's less attractive than paid stuff. I believe in paid services/software because I am sure that if I pay money I will get good customer support which is really invaluable in some cases. But anyway thank you for sharing

    An ideal help desk software should be "admin friendly" but difficult for customers to use You will notice this with other big companies, it's almost impossible to submit a ticket because they are asking too much information plus the "submit a ticket" buttons are almost invisible.

    hesk is the best free helpdesk software. I can tell you after trying 5 or 6 free tools that it is the best. go for it
