Question to JVZoo sellers about integrating GetResponse

JVZoo sellers,

Just started selling on JVZoo.

I love it, but can't get the buyers auto added to my GetResponse list upon sale for some reason.

I entered my API key and an HTML web form like the fields call for.

What am I missing?

I am using Aweber. Just add list email and web form id and good to go!

You might want to contact JVZoo's support system to fix your problem.

Honestly, their support system is great but the person attending to me...HORRIBLE!

    All the best!

      Thanks

I was hoping not to have to bug them for support.

I've tried 2 different web forms now, though, so maybe it's time.

I got a message back saying GetResponse made some changes yesterday.

But I was having this problem days before yesterday.

So I'm not sure what the deal is.

I just made a new HTML webform and put it in the field in JVZoo.

      Hopefully that works.

I'll start running some traffic to it again and find out.

    Hi Jason,

We've been working with JVZoo to help streamline the process. The issue may arise from the fact that GetResponse generates multiple code options for webforms

When you get to the "publish" option of the webform make sure you select:
    1) Show HTML Code (tab)
    2) set Incude css styles to "off"

JVZoo is working on a solution that will eliminate the need to providing the webform HTML code completly.

Here's a screen capture of what the settings should look like.

Give me a call on Skype if you are still having issues.

    Cheers,

    Mick

We're working hard with the guys from GetResponse on something that everyone is going to love. It should be ready real soon, but there was a change in the way they did their forms the other day and it effected how we integrate with them. Follow what Mick put up top there and everything will be good.

As soon as what we've been working on with them is done, there's going to be quite a few people moving from aweber to GetResponse, I'll leave it at that
