What Forum Software to Use? What are You Using?

I have a client that wants to start an industry member forum for roughly 5,000 members. It may scale beyond that at some point, but he is not sure. It will be private, members only. I have used phpbb, so I was loking at that and Vanilla Forum. I know v Bulletin is good also, and the price is low (although not as low as the other two).

He plans on an ad supported business model (not adsense, but industry supplier ads)

Any suggestions?

    I'm using bbPress, because it's really simple and easy to set up (the standalone version). I found other options quite hard to set up.
