Do some people just market Clickbank products?

Hey,

I was wondering if there were people that just marketed ClickBank products. From just doing that, how well are they doing?

How do they pick out what to sell?

And, do they just then write a few blogs about it, and then put a link to a CB product, and then call it a day, just writing occasional blogs about that one niche/microniche/product?

Wow. This stuff is absolutely amazingly interesting.

I love technology (but, not as much as you, you see, but, I still love technology, always and forever.)

Yes some people do and the "conduit method" of review site building is what seems like the cutting edge on this forum, and it works particularly well for high commission products on clickbank. Try doing a search for it here.

Jeremy - I guess there are people who market only CB products, but why keep all your eggs in one basket when there are plenty of other affiliate networks out there?

ClickBank is just one of hundreds of places where you can get products to promote. It has its good points and some bad ones as well. I think over all its a good place because it basically does everthing for you once you have your product up and running. Or you are signed as an affiliate.

Yes, some people I know only market Clickbank products. They can be really easy to promote once you get the hang of it.

Thanks for your responses. Great information! I guess, now, as a trial run, I am going to experiment with one or two, while I am waiting for my micro-niche to become more popular until it's climax in 1.5 months from now.

Yes, probably because Clickbank is really the easiest to promote. You don't have to sign up. Just put in your affiliate link and you're off!

Do you think a content rich website is good for clickbank promotion or is a simple 3-4 product review website better?

I usually have 1 good quality hosted site, then lots of others, such as blogger and squidoo pages.

Tell us how you get on.

        Hey, question...

You said you had one main quality website, and then you mentioned squidoo. Do you just link them directly with your page, so that the squidoo pages get the RSS feed, or, do you right shorter reviews on the squidoo pages?

        Thanks..

    @LilBlackDress

It depends on what you're promoting. I usually do a one page 450 word review with a "Get It Now" button-affiliate link embedded.

One page reviews are easier to promote rather than multiple reviews on one page. Keeps your readers focused on the product as well.

A content rich website would be needed if the product is somewhat new and the need to "educate" your readers comes in. If the product has been established, just do a review of your personal experience and people dig into that.
