How about 1500 degrees hot?

You can't base your product selection strategy on what may be popular at the moment. You'll quickly find yourself chasing hyped up product after hyped up product across all niches wondering all along why you haven't made any money yet.

  If you mean the higher the gravity the better the product you are incorrect, sorry.
  
  If you want a "hot" niche just think of something thing someone would want RIGHT NOW.
  
  E.G:
  
  >I need to lose weight FAST,
  
  >I need to make money to pay NEXT weeks bills,
  
  >I have terrible credit whats the FASTEST way to fix it.
  
  Hot evergreen niches attempt to solve an "immediate" problem people are needing solutions to NOW.

It really depends on your angle and niche. Look for something that you feel can sell well, and create a unique angle around it. Just because something sells for someone else, doesn't mean you'll be able ot sell it and vice versa.

There are many ways to find a good clickbank product but you'll need to invest some time to learn how to.

  I'm not quite sure exactly what you mean by "hot" (sales figures are not disclosed!), but you might perhaps want to make sure that you don't mean "a product which 500 other affiliates, including full-time pro's with 4-figure daily AdWords budgets, are also promoting", because if you choose one of those, it's not always so easy to find potential customers in the niche who haven't seen its sales page before?
