Hi, just few days ago I answered to roughly the same question.

1. 301 vs 307

Both options are wrong. If you are using nice redirection link to some page/product what SE (Search Engine) will think about your redirection link? It will NOT index it at all. Results? You will be indexed in SE database as http://somesite.com/?hop=abcdef and in search results people will see your ORIGINAL/AFFILIATE link and there is a chance to loose your potential customers.

The big truth that both 301 and 307 codes are wrong for SEO. Even 302 is not good. No one is writing about this, but on my experience all 3xx codes are bad for SEO (my background is more than 10 years as a web developer).

What to do? You need to make your redirection link with code 200. It's perfect for SEO and for SE indexing. SE will index your REDIRECTION link, not the original link. This will give you two benefits:
1. Nobody will see you original/affiliate link in search results
2. You always can change the destination of redirection link without loosing positions in search results.

But you need to be careful. Most of redirection software use black hat cloaking techniques and your link can be blocked by SE.

I had the same issue and developed a special software for myself around 3 years ago, but recently published it as wso, so, if you are interested in 200 code, good search positions and having control over your redirection links - check my signature's link and onRedirect software.


2. nofollow vs follow

If your redirection link will use code 200 you will have 2 benefits:
1. You company will be happy that you don't use "nofollow" links
2. All "juice" will stay on your website

How cool is that! The right answer for your question is to use right code: 200

hey thanks for the great reply, however i have nothing to do with seo, all my traffic coming from pinterest, i promote cpa offers in my account, but i cant post those long ugly affiliate links on my account, so i needs short links, and short links like bitly or goo.gl not allowed in pinterest, then i bought a domain and redirected it to the offer using htaccess , pinterest still did not allowed it, thats the problem im having,

Will they not allow it even if you go in and edit the pin and change the destination URL after pinning? I've been able to get around some blocks that way, but haven't tried it with a goo.gl link. You can also use goo.gl in the descriptions too (I've done it) some may click links in the description over the image link.
