Why is Flippa Putting S&H On My Transactions?

Hi all,

I have recently started selling a few of my sites on Flippa....and the PayPal interface is adding a 1.99 shipping and handling charge to my buyers. What is going on? I have not been able to figure out where to change this issue. Is this a Flippa issue or a PayPal issue? I have been poking around in my Flippa interface and cannot find a clear linkage to my PayPal to change it.

Or is this something that Flippa is doing that I cannot change?

When did you first notice this?

The last site I sold was sold on April 12th and I was charged $0.00 for shipping.

I haven't sold on flippa so I cannot be much help. However - Have you tried speaking with flippa and paypal customer service, they will be able to sort it out for you

Before asking here, ask actual Flippa and PayPal representatives. You'll get your answers really quick. I don't know why people have the habit of always asking the WF.

  Check your paypal order settings. I know you can add default payment options for sales tax, shipping, address requirements e.t.c.

That's probably in your Paypal settings. Never happens to me.

Is it possible you are confusing the paypal fees for S&H? If not, as others have said, check your settings.

  Thanks guys. The reason I asked here is because I searched throughout the Flippa site and could not find a reason behind it---nor could I find a customer service contact. I will look harder.
  
  I am wondering if the issue is with some sort of PayPal setting so I will have to go and check on that side too.
  
  Just not sure where to look. I've already spent a fair amount of time trying to find SOMEWAY to change this. Kinda weird.

  Also..it wasn't PayPal fees. One of my buyers was p-o'd that shipping and handling was included. I never saw this in any part of the setup..and then a second auction of mine did the same thing. Hmmm
