I think Robert you should really target new people a lot to IM as they seem like they will benefit most from your information and indeed your prize.

Therefore one consideration you must have is this group as a whole are being bombarded with images, videos and information and thus ideas and have to choose which to listen to.

So like a person with a remote control they are watching each channel for a few seconds, seeing if they initially like what they are hearing or seeing and if not changing the channel.

My one bit of advice would be to keep that in mind and ensure people aren't changing the channel away from you.
