The Bookings plugin looks like it can do the reservation part pretty well: WordPress › Bookings « WordPress Plugins
WP Reservation bookings looks like it might do both: WordPress › WP-Reservation booking system « WordPress Plugins

i was looking for something more sophisticated with also multiple payments methods (and credit card payments as well)

basically the features need to be

Client Name and other information
Date
Time of transfer
Select pickup destination
select drop off destination
capacity
Price will be auto calculated based upon transfer selected
Client comments
And then payment options

Also aback end that reservations can be monitored clients contacted and ect.

Its pretty simple but can't seem to find any that follow all the above..

Any other suggestions >?should i be looking to hire someone to build one for me ?

If that is even possible

If an off the shelf solution doesn't give you what you need, you're probably going to have to outsource it. I use Elance.com for outsourcing programming.

Thanks i will definitely look in to it. just out of curiosity how much would a simple plugin with the mentioned features would cost ?
i would appreciate a heads up on custom plugins prices

Have no idea and also not sure that it would be such a simple plugin. You post your project on Elance and put in all the specifications. Be very specific about what you want it to do.

Then people bid on the project. As they bid, look at all of the feedback and ratings of each programmer and give it a couple of days to get a bunch of bids. Then choose your programmer by their capabilities and feedback. Fund the project in Elance Escrow and do not release the money until the plugin works as you want it to.

No idea about the cost but you cam try sites where you can put your project and get work done.

Have you got any email or did you get anybody to work for you? you can also try radialpoint.com. there you can get good experienced people to do your work.you can ask them to send some samples also.
