I like the copy, its well written, simple and clean; and i like how you laid it out. 100% in my book. But, i think you will get your ass sued.. just my opinion.

Is paypal really pissing people off? Its like complaining about Western Union fees. What's the alternative...

Being sued is likely, considering the "mission to destroy their business." When I owned a computer business in 2007, I started a website that would explain the horrible business practices of one of my part distributors.

They filed a lawsuit as well as a complaint with WIPO. I won. You can read why here: I cannot yet post a link. Google "flawless computers zipzoomfly" and it's the first link.

Based off why they ruled in my favor, I can say that had I said my intent is to "destroy their business," I probably would have lost -- with WIPO only, not in an actual court of law.

  That doesn't matter. As long as it's clear it's a different website, he's fine. I used ZipZoomFly's exact logo and just Photoshopped "Sucks" on the right of it and they used trademark as an argument but it didn't stick.

  If you read the link in my previous response, you would have learned that he could very well be sued for having the "intent" to harm a business. Don't think our alleged "freedom of speech" actually protects us. I'm not saying in court he'd lose, but with WIPO he probably would.

I have use paypal for the 3 years and had no problem with them
On the other hand due to a payment processor that doesnt accept paypal I have had to find an alternative and the ALL suck so for

I like paypla

Nice looking site! I definitely agree with Formal Shorts' suggestions though. Some of the wording could use a few tweaks here and there. I'm certainly not an expert on US law with this kind of thing, but based on the concerns others have voiced perhaps you could include a statement of some sort in the footer to help protect you against Paypal's wrath? After all, blatantly saying that you are on a mission to destroy their business is pretty bold!

Nice design, a few points of constructed critism:

1 - I feel it could be clearer that the download is the guide to paypal alternatives. You mention the guide, then move onto paypal being nothing without users etc, then say download your copy now. It might just be me but I had to re-read to see what I was going to download. So maybe "download the paypal alternative guide now 100% free"

2 - Maybe focusing too much on "we need to crush paypal", which is a very agressive stance. Some people (including myself) don't neccessarily want to crush paypal, but would love a guide to paypal alternatives. So I feel you are maybe limiting the audience that you can appeal too if you focus too strongly on the "destroy paypal" message. Maybe you could change some of the focus to "the people are tired of a lack of choices, we offer helpful advice to give you some choices"

Wouldn't anyone starting a business in 3rd party processing have an "intent" to harm there business by getting there clients.

It just seems like this site is going to offer a list of alternatives and nothing more.

My 2c worth.
1) Paypal is probably trademarked
2) Stating someone/something is "evil" and you "are on a mission to destroy their business" is not freedom of speech or the freedom to express an opinion. It is a statement of "fact" without any supporting evidence.

I'm off to register "killthomasmichel.com" as he is an evil person and I am on a personal mission to smear his name far and wide across the internet and get every FB troll to post about what a horrible, wicked, person he is.

How does that feel?

In other words - be careful and don't confuse opinion with (mis)statement of facts

Yes I think you're focusing on the wrong thing - people don't want to kill Paypal and they don't even care about it. What they want is the BEST solution for their needs so you need to make your page about THAT otherwise you will only ever be targeted the tiny sub-niche of Paypal-haters... IMHO
