Believe my PC Has Keyboard or Malware Virus - What do I do?

Hi,

I posted another thread in here today about a problem with my left arrow key...that's how the problem started out.

The problem started out last night for me...I can't remember but I landed on this site and I remember it said this is a dangerous site and seemed to indicate malware...

Anyway the first problem I noticed was that my left arrow key was not working..seemed weird...so thought probably imagining it.

Now all of a sudden none of them work and also the space bar when it's a new keyboard and they were working fine before. Also my screen flickers...

Sorry but this is weird...I'm typing this for another keyboard and seems ok but it's external one..

So what I want to know:
- Is there such thing as keyboard virus for laptops that takes over your keyboard or changes programming function of keys?
- What spyware of malware should I download in this instance?

I'm very concerned and frustrated. Thanks!

download and install the free version of Malwarebytes

you may have to run it in safe-mode.

If not try the trend-micro forums etc for info about that particular kind of virus.

I wish you all the best luck with removing it
