I'm looking for cheap effective "If possible" web traffic, I have some cash to invest in it but don't want to waste it on crap. I'm sure there are some decent places to use so thought why not ask some Warriors for advice.

    I've tried buying traffic from traffic providers and it's nearly all rubbish.

    Have you looked at the solo ad section here? If you can find someone selling solo ads in your niche that could be an option for you.

    i've tried facebook ads, it worked well for me, it's not expensive comparing to other ppc networks like adwords, and you have many ways to target your audience (country, age, interests, ...)

    You can use 7search to test your offers, and then when you see the potential of one of your offers you can move on to other PPC networks where the traffic is more valuable.

    Also, you can try PPV, but make sure that your landing page stands out because most offers are awful.
