What program do you use to make marketing videos?

Does anyone out there know of a website, service, freelancer or anything to create videos that I can use to promote my real estate company and clients companies?

I was watching this video, it is great, would love to be able to do similar ones to this, but not sure what program I would need to make it happen:

    Go to Fiverr and search for something like "video creation"... Order the results by rating and you should be able to pick one of the video guys as a worker. There are some really good ones on Fiverr.

    Alternatively, you can hire someone on a long-term basis. You can have a look at Guru, VWorker and other such sites and look up video creation on those sites.

      The video you mention is probably done with After Effects or a similar high end composting software. You can't do it yourself without a lot of practice.

      You're also not going to find someone on Fiverr to produce that type of quality.

      Depending on how much you're prepared to spend, you can hire a professional ($$$-$$$$), find a template and hire someone to fill it out ($$-$$$), or settle for something less flashy, such as an Animoto or Powerpoint-style video ($-$$$).

    You can get short after affects videos on fiverr.

    A couple other idea, might be to use http://animoto.com

    With animoto you can create pretty cool videos using just images and text you upload.

    Finally, an inexpensive other alternative is to record screen captures.

    I use camtasia for that, however I recently discovered Screencast-O-Matic - Free online screen recorder for instant screen capture video sharing. and it seems to do a nice job.. and a lot let money than camtasia.

    I know it can be a little expensive but Sony Vegas is a great program to use to make any type of video. It has many video effects and transitions, you can create anything with that program. I edit videos for my youtube channel with an old version of Sony Vegas.
