Best Way to find a Partner for a Web venture?

I basically have a web site (you can google Regional Hotties) that I think has potential but needs some help with a clear vision along with the normal traffic generation methods. What is the best way to find a partner to work on this with?

    Not sure about how to set up a partnership listing but worth checking out Flippa and Sitepoint.. and then of course there is a section on this forum for sites for sale (should still apply even though you are looking for a partnership and not actually looking to sell) And then lastly Craigslist might be worth a shot. I have bought and sold and found partners for my websites through CL.

      Thanks! I did already list a post in Web Sites for sales area so I guess I was thinking correclty lol. Do you think the site has any potential?
