I've seen a few posts there lately asking for help generating free traffic. We all know there are a million different ways, some of which are better than others... I thought I'd share with you a list of Document Sharing, Slideshow-Presentation and Free Ebook sites which will help you re-purpose your old Blog Posts/Articles/Reports and get you more traffic....

So essentially with these 3 Mediums you are simply Re-Using & Re-Publishing your existing Content and sharing it through these different platforms.

I was given a bit of advice before that "the easiest way to get traffic is just to go hang out where the traffic is" By submitting your content to these kinda sites you are making your stuff available on some very High Traffic networks.

Done on a consistent basis and you will see results. Not bad for minimal effort is it?

You might be thinking this is a lot of work - and yes some effort is involved, but it doesn't have to be YOU doing the work! Hire an outsourcer, even part-time and train them to submit your content to these sites on a weekly basis.

Imagine if you only wrote one Article per week....save it as a pdf for the Document Sharing sites, as a PP Presentation for the Slideshow Sites and when you have a number of Articles put them together in a nice little ebook format and submit them to the Free Ebook Sites...

You see the work only has to be done once and you can Reap the Rewards for long after

  But Hey, 1 or 2 ways are enough if you are seeing results! Many of us spread ourselves too thing trying to exploit every traffic source possible but in the end never take full advantage of any and ultimately fall short...

I'm thinking the doc sharing sites are currently the most powerful, traffic-wise.
I wonder if the ezine sites have lost much of their traffic-pulling benefits?

I'm not sure whether ezines have lost any of their traffic power but I am digging Document Sharing sites at the moment. I don't think competition on Doc sites is as high because the little work required to make this work often puts off a lot of people, which is good news for us

Yup, my traffic has been steadily increasing since I started working on this. But the thing with this is that it's not a Push Button solution and it does take time for the traffic to build up... It's like an old train, it takes a little time to build up speed but then it's rocking after that.

I think for the time involved its well worth adding to your traffic arsenal.

Hey Zachary,
The ideal situation would be to hire an outsourcer who will submit your content on a weekly basis. If this isn't possible then you can still run with this...

But you'll have to manage your time better. By that I mean organize a block of time (say 2-3hrs) once a week when you will write your article, export it to the different formats and upload load it to the sites.

It is a little bit more difficult but it can still be done.

Wow, what a comprehensive list. There are some gems in there. I'm split testing some of my sites at the moment and I'm particularly interested in the Slideshow sharing sites for one of my niches, thanks so much for sharing

No worries Des, glad they are of use to you! Some of these sites are better than others for traffic but once you keep an eye on Analytics you can see which are performing the best and then leverage your time with those guys.
