Quick question for all of you in the know how.

I don't think there is one. We're all constantly competing for this spot, and I think it changes every now and then. The Internet is growing at a lightning fast speed, and email marketing is becoming a very big thing. I think people are becoming buyers each day, and only some become aware that they're spending more than they should. The market is growing and there's no real top dog.

That said it's a free market to go and start a business.

Another vote for Daegan Smith. He has built his business on
email marketing and knows his stuff.

Guys like Jonathan Mizel and Matt Bacak have built lists of over 1M, so I'd say they're pretty good candidates for best list builders. As far as mailing your lists, I think David Garfinkel is probably up there at the top somewhere.

Sean - what angle are you trying to hit on? List building or list management? Andre Chaperon's course, Autoresponder Madness is downright awesome for managing your lists and turning them into big sums of cash.

I have not implemented the ideas yet -- I'm still working out my business model -- but I have read everything in Andre Chaperon's list-building and auto-responder courses. They are well written and logical, without any hype.

I plan to implement the techniques of each as soon as I'm at that point. I will definitely post the results.
