|  When somebody says they are selling their swipe file, what does it mean?
Is the swipe file just a collection of templates and stuff or a blueprint or what are they selling exactly?

It depends, Milla. Usually a swipe file is a collection of profitable campaign materials...like sales copy...which you can learn, and take inspiration from. What have you been offered? Steve |

I just remember watching Frank Kern's mass control video and he said something about a swipe file, but I didn't know what he means. I think I understand now.

A swipe file is simply ideas 'swiped' from someone else's material on line to be used to generate ideas or to help improve what you are already doing. For example, you might see a great use of words on a sales page that you think could be useful to you at some time - if so, you simply 'swipe' it and put it into your swipe file. (swipe - English slang for steal or requisition) |

A swipe file is normally sales / marketing material that was successful in the past. This may be a sales page, landing page, small advert, banner ad..... A swipe file from a successful person can help tremendously with your own seccess. Cor |
