Quick Blog Comment Trick That Can Get You A Lot Of Traffic Fast!

I thought I would share a nice little blog commenting trick with you all.

The trick with blog commenting is that you want to get a nice high quality comment on a blog that has high volume traffic.

Many people stuggle with this, but It is not as hard as you think.

1) Just go over and use google alerts Google Alerts - Monitor the Web for interesting new content

2) in the search box provided, type in your search keyword without hitting enter.

3) the results will show up automatically

4) Then, in result type: select blogs

5) Then, in how many : select only the best

This will narrow down the field to the best blogs that have the best content and higher traffic.

You can change the other search parameters to find more blogs if you want.

But this is a great way to find good blogs with good amounts of traffic to post a high valued comment on.

      Yes, thats it.

Just imagine if you do this quickly each day and just find one or two blogs. After a week or so you have a dozen or so blogs that you can fast index and revist quickly to comment any time you want.

Also quicktip : Try to send traffic to a high converting squeeze page with a oto as well. This has worked for us in a few different and broad ranging niches.

again test to see what works the best for you.

I used Google Alert and it created a huge list for me, but I was a bit disappointed though I was having lots of blogs in my hand but I couldn't comment on them as there was no option of commenting. However, I would like to appreciate Celente for new thing to find blogs.

Yes! There are obviously blogs that allow comments, do not allow comment, have spam filters. There are all the pros and cons to using this traffic technique and you must accept that.

Just realise there are still lots of high quality, high traffic blogs that still allow you to comment on them, even some I will tell you that are in very obscure or weird niches.

Not saying this technique is the holy grail, but it does work very well! Test it and see for yourself. I am sure you will see some good results.

            Thanks for the tip.

I was reading something the other day, can't remember where, but the guy did an experiment.

He done a 700 word guest post and brought in 80 visitors.

The next month he wrote blog comments, over 900 words, and he only brought in 17 visitors.

            Interesting.

Celente, you're correct that we won't get all the blogs with commenting options, but we should be happy that we have a wonderful tool like this by which we can get huge numbers of blogs and I think it hardly takes time to bifurcate comment less blogs from comment blogs. Keep updating us Celente.

Guest posting on them is also a very good way to gain longer term traffic and some good backlinks. Especially if you have lots of different sites in that niche as you can direct a link to whichever site you want when you reply to comments on your guest post.

I agree with this. The best way to get traffic from those blogs you find would be to contact the admins about becoming a "guest poster", and post quality content with a good sig box.

    Thanks Celente,

One of the challenges I have was trying to find good quality blogs to comment on and that little tip of yours works so well. I have setup a Google Alert email now on a weekly basis.

      Not only that.

I have found even if you find a blog that is like the top 200 in your niche, that is enough as these top blogs like to link to eachother in the blogroll (in the side of the blog)

So that means you can sort of spiderweb your way right up to the top blogs in your niche. Pretty cool, and when I was testing blog commenting this worked a treat.

I also used this tactic to find cool places to test $30 media buys. For those that do not know what a media buy is, it is just paid advertising where you pay the webmaster a fee (most of the time a montly fee) to put your banner ad that links to your site or squeeze page.

Media buying on high traffic blogs works a treat for us, so you can test with free comments first and if they are brining in lots of subscribers or sales, then just ask to see if you can put a banner ad on the site for $30 for a test.

Hopefully now you are starting to see how just from one simple comment and the google alerts tool you can create a massive business, either keep 100% of the sales, or directing to an affiliate offer. I recommend sending them to a squeeze page first with a OTO offer attached.

      Hope it helps.

I tried this trick and it works! Never used this before, and it does show targeted websites. But I noticed that the blog result is few. It will only span if you remove the blogs option.

Thanks Celente, you've given us another gem of a thread.

Blog Commenting is something I do but like others I had the problem of not knowing how to quickly find the most relevant, high traffic ones for me.

Your tip solves this problem so cheers

I can guarentee, if you get a beer and start doing this, you will be able to find a whole web of very high traffic blogs / communities within and afternoon.

I did this for a more obscure niche that I did not even think had good traffic giong to it. OH how I was WRONG! I ended up doing a media buy for a $30 a month for that blog and the results have been incredible.

So you never know where this little trick might take you. Give it a whirl.

Good idea with the media buy...more thinking outside the box... I've been playing around with this since my last visit and I can confirm it does work. In the space of an afternoon of playing around with keywords I now have a list of over 40 high PR blogs that I can comment on and interact with...

A great way for anybody to start building a presence in your niche and gaining traffic.

Can anyone help me understand something?

If you make a comment on a blog do they actually allow you to leave a link?

How do you generate the traffic if they don't allow a link?

Can anyone provide an example of a comment they made and how that generated traffic?

    Please and thank you,

I think you missed something there.. You do get to leave a link, but it should be in the "Bio" part of the post, at the bottom (or in your sig, if you're posting comments).

      Hope that helps

I just added this sig so I can refer to it in my posts...
