  I have found that woothemes offers incredible quality themes. I had at one point gone through a good amount of time doing wordpress theme evaluation of all themes you can imagine and I found that woothemes definitely was the best.

  That is where I get mine, or will get them soon. I don't know a better place. Some templates to my surprise are also very inexpensive and that is a good thing too.

I prefer to buy ones that use free ones. The problem with free ones are sometimes there are footer links which you cannot delete or worst links that are black hat - such as links which might not be seen by people but can be seen by crawlers.

Pagelines free templates are pretty good, only upgrade if you want to but sometimes the free ones are good enough.

Themeforest is the best premium themes provider. But problem is that they are premium. But don't worry you can find theme easily on the following websites.

since you are using wordpress, why not buy artisteer once and for all and design unlimited themes by yourself. though am not using the latest version am using version 3.0 and it works fine.
