Lead Capture Pages without Privacy Statement

I just joined a marketing system service and their lead capture pages have no links. There are no Privacy Statement Links, Tos Links, etc...

Does this violate any ftc rules or other rules in using Lead Capture pages?

    no, I don't always display any disclaimers and I'm pretty sure that the FTC doesn't even know what a lead capture page is.

    I don't use them sometimes, just a little statement about what I may do with those leads.

    I'm pretty consistent with displaying them,
    I don't really know if my readers ever bother to look at them, but I just think covering the legalities, and keeping google happy is a good thing.

    The WP Legal Pages Plugin offered here a while back, makes it simple to do as well, so why not.

    Frankly, I'm not worrying about google as much any more, as my traffic generally is coming from other sources.

      I am not concerned about google. I was speaking more about the FTC or other legal agencies.
