Selling a product that documents other websites?
I'm not asking for legal advice, and I see products that do this all the time, but...
If I create a product with video tutorials using something like Camtasia, and I happen to be surfing around the internet and documenting websites in my videos, and then SELL this product...is that a no-no you think?
I see so many products that do this, and I've asked for permission from some sites and services, but never got a reply.
Should I just strip all of the documented websites out of my videos, start over and do presentations that cover my topic?
What would you do? ever faced a similar dilemma?
p.s. this product MUST pass ClickBank's criteria. I asked them and they said they would just have to take a look at the product first.
