Looking for a list of website rating or review sites

I tried looking around but it has been quite tough finding what I'm looking for or maybe I just didn't use the right keywords. I am looking for a list of websites (15 or more) or a program that allows me to rate or review a website. For example Alexa, you just enter the site URL and then you can rate it. Google places,Yahoo local also allow this. Yelp is also a perfect example of what i'm looking for. The sites should be of high quality also. A PR of 2 or more will be well appreciated. The list should be practical - meaning, they will allow me to register to rate or review any site including adult content (escort related services). Giving all my requirements, I perceive the task is not so simple but there's always somebody with an answer out there. I will pay for this list but I believe as marketers, this will be good for us all. It's good for link building,branding and marketing. I'm sure most of you understand what I want to do with this list. BBB is an example of a site I/we don't want. Businesses/websites that are not registered cannot be rated or reviewed there. I hope I have explained what i'm looking for well. I believe in the Warrior community so please share what you have. Thank you in advance.
