Problem using Logmein.com

I've set up an account with Logmein so that I can access my
PC remotely when away from home.

I tested it first from a laptop in another room then I
thought I'd do a proper remote test.

I used a PC at a public library but access was barred with a
message giving 4 possible reasons

1. PC is off
2. PC in sleep or hibernate mode
3. PC not connected to the Internet
4. Logmein disabled on this computer

Now before going out - and on return - my PC was fine
so 1,2,3 did not apply.

So I thought (4) might be a restriction placed by the library.

I then tried at a Cybercafe - but same result

Any suggestions please ?
