PLR Autoresponder Series... eh?

There is an abundance of PLR writers out there covering all sorts of niches. It seems the majority focus on niches, and others have their specialty... perhaps PLR graphics, video, "all-in-one products", and so on

A few do autoresponder series... but not many.

Not much demand? Or simply more difficult to make?

If YOU were to buy it, what would you be looking for? What, perhaps, wouldn't you be looking for?

Just getting a scope of things.

Thanks Warriors!

I think it might just be less demand. Emails to my list at least contain a lot more of a personalized approach...not something I would use PLR to base or supplement on.

    True... hmm.

What if it were something like this?

Say someone has a weight loss niche they want to get subscribers for. They want people to opt in to their list but have no real incentive. The autoresponder series could be something along the lines of "7 Days To A Healthier Body"... and it could be a 7-day, 7-series sort of thing.

    Thoughts?

Ah, something like that would work, at least that is what I think. If the incentive is going to come in the form of an email series then that is something that can be based off of PLR, since it is nothing more than a regular eguide split into emails.

It'd still be the same. Your first few emails are where you build the relationship with your list, if you use a PLR seriers then the relationship doesn't get built and after the series finishes the writing style will be different and you'll lose the quality of the list...

If you are a marketer who thinks using PLR as is would be a good business decision, you are dead in the water anyways. As an outline/starting point though, it can work very well.

What makes you say this? I'm pretty sure many successful marketers are using PLR at some point...

I agree, but consider this. I was just thinking about the reseller hosting niche from a product review perspective. Say you had a niche site promoting hosts. If you simply said, "Join my list and I'll send you tips once in awhile", your opt in rate would be low. Providing a concrete "this is what you get", maybe 7 days of tips like the weight loss idea I referenced above, is what gets people opted in. And maybe the owner of the niche site isn't capable of writing the series because they don't know the tips themselves or aren't proficient at email copy.

Probably the biggest problem with any sort of PLR is GIGO (garbage in garbage out) If it isn't quality, it isn't worth the price of admission. With that said, a quality PLR AR series can give a good framework and starting point as long as you rewrite it to put it into your own voice.

I'd say more people will buy if it was longer than a "7 day" email campaign. Almost all PLR auto responder I have seen were 7 day campaigns. I have seen for IM niche with longer campaign.

Why not supply 90 day campaign? Perhaps pointing to affiliate programs or making more of "business in a box" type of course then more people will buy.

    All great and valid points.

As for writing a series of 90 emails... that indeed would take me too long to be motiviated to do so.

Agreed... I look at Tiffany Dow's 52 emails and a report packages in awe. I have trouble staying motivated with a 10 article pack without wanting to move on to a new topic.

I have bought a few autoresponder series for other affiliate websites that I have, and the ones I bought were between 30-52 emails/articles each. I liked having the large number in all honesty so that if I had to pull a few out that I didn't like there were still enough to keep something in the autoresponder in between my own uniquely written emails.

I also have one large pack that I sell that is in an ecourse type format in the IM niche and could be used easily as autoresponder PLR. It was a recent WSO of mine and it had some OK sales so from a limited anecdotal evidence there is some interest in this format from Warriors.

Years ago I bought an email series for ClickBank products from TradeBit.c o m and have been updating the series when a newer version of the product is released (or) a better alternative if the original product is removed from ClickBank.

I have seen the same original email series at TradeBit for only $1.99

Along the way I have bought all of the products and only the ones that I personally endorse are added to the autoresponder. That is one way to develop a quality relationship with my subscribers that convert to customers that usually convert to paid members of my private forum.

Agree with that plus if I was buying PLR articles and using them to sell product I'd probably want to make sure they were getting results after saying a week to a month. No point queuing up loads if they stop getting read after day 27.

I totally agree with personality and building a relationship with your list but many marketers are disguising that personality. Pen names are also a pen personality. Sometimes it's more about just giving your list what they want and focusing on their problem.

I think it's a great idea as I haven't seen many do it lately. or you can do what the others do create a full package maybe a good 3 to 7 emails along with a more detailed product.

As far as plr as is being dead, I think that all depends on your customers. if you are marketing to newbies they probably haven't learned anything yet so it's a good start for them. if however, you are dealing with veterans lolol they might be ticked off.

We use a virtual worker and have him write what we want when we need it. I do put it into the sequence but just add as we need too.

Before I would hire writers to write a small ebook, say 2000 words then I would split that into about 10 autoresponders and add some personal touches to it when I sent it.

I do not mind using plr but I will always get my writers to completely redo it. Only give it to them for research content to start them off.
