If You Could Ask A Top Marketer About Outsourcing - What Question Would You Ask?

Hi all

I've outsourced for well over a year and had some major ups and downs. For me I know you need assistants to build your business

I've noticed the wso's lack vital tips which you occasionally pick up from a conversation with a senior marketer

If you could ask any question - what do you want to know about outsourcing?

Well...the first thing I would ask is how can you appoint a manager to look after your business and make sure that they don't steal your business and your clients with it?

This is a million dollar question for me now; that's why I'm still doing my business on my own.

What is the most efficient way to get an outsourcer earning more than I'm paying them?

Hi Ronny, thanks for the question. Could you reword your question as I'm a bit puzzled what you mean. Do you mean for example, you have a budget but you want to hire someone who is asking for more per hour/task?

Let's say I hire a standard untrained VA. They're competent in using a computer and accessing the internet. No training with wordpress, FTP, SEP, PPC, etc etc.

How best do I train that VA so their efforts earn me more than what I'm paying them?

            Got it Ronny

That's exactly what I did with my VA's. You have two choices, you either make a load of videos yourself (Jing is free for 5 minutes) or you get yourself access to a coaching website which you can share with your VA. I have a nearly finished site that will offer that but if you are in a hurry you could always check on here.

Thanks for your question - add any more you may have.

One step at a time with your VA, let them learn one thing well, then add another and they will be fine. But managing them, that's a different ballgame.

What activities can I have a VA do which can relatively quickly generate enough revenue so I can afford their monthly pay?

E.g. e-whoring, forum posting, blog commenting, niche site building, etc etc.

You'd hire an outsourcer on one of the hiring sites eg odesk and basically just task them to do the gigs?

Maybe I missed something in your question - is this question about giving access to your Fiverr account or ?
