    I used Traffic Vance a couple of years ago for PPV. Support was great, only thing I didn't like was the $500 minimum.

    My pros and cons would be different from yours, what you should do is,
    Test your traffic and make a judgement based on conversion rates.
    Then you would know which one to stick with.
    TrafficVance is also a little pricey. Stick with solo ads & banners.

    trafficvance has the best quality of traffic, but they have a little more competition on there because thats where the pros go.

    I've used Lead Impact in the past for some campaigns and saw pretty good results.

    You can get a good amount of traffic cheap, you just need to have specific squeeze pages or landing pages to make it convert into an optin or what ever you are trying to achieve.
