Looking for "recurring" billing solution that allows a set-up fee + recurring billing

Alright so I'm looking for a way to bill clients on a recurring basis, BUT I want to include a setup fee as part of the first month. I am billing clients in the U.S. and Canada, but I'm based in Canada. I am looking for something like "PaySimple.com" (doesn't work in Canada) that accepts ACH eChecks and Creditscards.

EDIT: I need to have a client agree to some sort of "terms & conditions" during check out so that they agree to stay on recurring billing for at least 2 years.

So for example:

Set-up fee is: $200 Monthly fee is: $100

The first monthly bill would be $300 and then every month after would be $100.

-------

These are the solutions I've looked at:

- PaySimple.com (doesn't work in Canada, unfortanetly)
- Paypal (has recurring, but don't see option to include initial setup fee)
- Recurly.com (it's super nice, though I feel the monthly price is a bit steep)

We do it with 1shoppingcart but I'm not sure if they accept ACH checks

Just taking a look at them now. Seems as though the Starter plan might work for me. I believe they allow you to add a setup fee on top of the recurring monthly fee for the initial client bill.

For Paypal, just go create a button for a subscription. There is an option to add a trial period and that would be your first months payment. Then the recurring payment would be the regular payment

Ah I see... never noticed this. So I can charge $300 for the "trial" and then $100 afterwards? I'm gonna check this out now

Okay I have a small issue with Paypal recurring.

I don't see a way for clients to agree to a "terms & conditions" that I set. I want to put them on recurring billing for at least 2 years and I feel that I need to have my client agree to this somewhere during billing.

Premium Web Cart can do this for you.

    I thought Nanacast could too.

  • 1shoppingcart is great, as mentioned earlier. You might also check out Infusionsoft. I have a client that uses this product and it is a great all around service.

I think I'm going to test 1shoppingcart out.

Though I have been looking at using the WHCMS: WHMCS - The Complete Client Management, Billing & Support Solution and hooking that up to Paypal Standard to do recurring billing. I see that it allows me to have customers agree to a terms and conditions which is what I need too.
