My number one way to get LOCAL business takes NO selling, seriously none.

This works ONLINE & OFF.

This is what you will NEED.
A website with your portfolio. That is it! Oh yeah and a vehicle and some gas, but you really don't have to do much footwork.

Ok, here is what Do, I make a list of the computer repair shops, web design shops and the marketing shops in my local County.

I then shoot them a quick email.

It literally goes like this.

Hi, My name is Candace, I am in {insert your local city here}. I have {insert your yrs of expereince here.} I am available for any overflow work you may have. I only need 33% of the job an I can do {insert your services here.}

If you are currently not offering these types of services, but would like an easy way to outsource. I am your gal.

Thanks for your time, I hope to work with you in the near future.

Ok, seriously you will land a few businesses that just need to get some work off of their desk.

If you want to take it further, and I always do! Stop by the business in real time. Introduce yourself, let them know you are open to make yourself and them money!

That is really it folks.
Now you may think 33% is chump change.

Here is why it is NOT!
I have a client, he has over 100 customers, most just need a change here or there. So I now manage them all, and it takes like an hour a week.

Plus, my client only builds SIMPLE 5 page wordpress sites. SERIOUSLY folks, EASY money. First he is established, so his customers do not need all the bells and whistles that we marketers think will make our business stand out from the crowd. NOPE... It is so dang simple it would make you sick. 5 page wordpress site at 499 each. All I do is make a nice header, most of the time this is easy as pie, because the business already has an established logo. Then I put together a nice background. Add the customers text an bada bing I just made almost $200 Smackers! Um seriously!

Now, some repair shops may or may not offer design. NO biggy, these guys have a list that will make you drool for days. Yeah they have cleaned out every porn infested computer in your city, and they can easily recontact these ppl an see if they need or want a website.
I simply offer them my services, they contact their past customers. SWEET

Just thought you all should know this stuff. It is not hard, they say KISS always and trust me it is the only way!
