somthing about taxes

so i have been thinking about taxes because sooner or later you have to open company when you do internet marketing now thats where i get confused at few points....

1. how do i open company and everything with no money
2. how do i earn money with no company
3. what % are taxes (usually)...becuse we already spend on hosting, domains, advertising and more and then taxes? -.-

    Firstly, what country are you in. Laws differ in each country.

    In Australia you do not need money to establish a business. You can register an ABN (Australian Business Number) for free which essentially means you have your own company.

    How do you earn money? This forum holds a plethora of information of how to make money using IM.

    With taxes... again... depends on country and state.

      I don't agree that the IRS frowns upon anyone making money with or without a company.

      What the IRS wants is for you to report and pay taxes on the income, even illegal income. Gangster Al Capone was nabbed not for being a gangster, but because he didn't pay taxes.

      If you don't have a licensed company, you can list the income in the "other income" slot on your personal tax return. Then you can deduct your business expenses and pay up if you owe the tax man.

      Problems could arise when you file your state tax return which pretty much matches the federal return. The state might then decide you need a business license.
