Learned Something Very Interesting From A New Job Applicant.
So I was looking around for virtual agents and article writers. I got several proposals where most of them said...I can do this for you. I have such and such experience.
But there was one applicant who stood out from the rest. This guy approached me in a different way.
He goes I am so sure of my quality that I will offer first 20 articles for free and only if you like the work you can pay me or else you can keep the articles and still use them as you wish. I will never re-sell them to anyone else.
Sure enough I gave him a chance and his quality was exceptional. He has the job now. I realized he is doing something no one else normally does. I am sure this same concept can be applied to other areas of IM as well if one puts his mind to it.
Now only do you get an opportunity even if you are starting out but you get to stand out from the rest. What do you guys think?
