Just Posting on WF Can Gain You Serious Traffic + Sales

Looking at our analytics, the power of simply being social on WF really shows.

Each time we post, we notice huge spikes in traffic and enjoy more sales as a result. Now, WF only makes up a small proportion of our overall traffic, but it's more than enough to add a healthy amount to our bottom line each month.

So, be social, use your signature space wisely and factor some Warrior Forum time into your daily routine.

You'll be unlikely to regret it.

It depends on what you're promoting and if you're selling to this audience. Lots of Warriors use IM to sell in other markets. But you're 100% right if this is your audience. The key is to post truly useful stuff here, though. That way the traffic this place sends you will be pre-sold on you as an authority and trustworthy.

      ^ This is spot on!

In fact John was getting so much traffic from the Warrior forum he had to get rid of his sig link! :p

In all seriousness - yes if you are contributing quality and putting real content into your posts and you also have a product that is a good fit and offers value it goes without saying you will get traffic.

In fact "forum marketing" or as I prefer to call it "forum interaction" is an awesome traffic source in any niche - you just need to find the right forums.

It's true, also, there some of the highest quality leads you can get too.

Well worth investing in a image to make your sig standout.

You are damn right. Since I started posting and replying on actual threads here I saw a nice boost in traffic coming from WF to my websites... WF is not a sole case, this is for many popular forums (especially if its your target audience )

Do you get a backlink everytime someone clicks your sig?
      {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[6194774].message }}

No. The backlink is the physical existence of the link you've set up here on the forum in your sig area. Just one backlink. People clicking merely produce visitors. Their clicks do not add to your backlink totals, although if you have really good content you increase your chances that they will then add a link on one of their sites to yours.

It's not just WarriorForum - if you are promoting something that suits Internet Marketers then WarriorForum is the ideal place to be posting.

But if you want to promote a weight loss offer for example then posting in weight loss forums with something in your signature will also bring you targetted traffic

    Definitely agreed.

I agree too...but it need to be a fit for sure. I noticed I had some more of you visiting my listing(s) in Flippa...but still I couldn't be sure if it was a "good fit". E.g. if a person can see the value in owning an authority weightloss site, he/she might be interested in my listing..but if they are only into IM, then probably not (unless they're a Flipper :-) )

But yeah...there is definitely something to being social, providing value..and...receiving value!

My problem is I spent the first month here basically soaking up all sorts of information, so much so that even if I wanted to add a signature I would have had nothing to link to

so that brings us to the old dilemma, research v taking action, in the first month my ratio was about 95% research and 5% take action, in the last few days I have finally started to change that

I love this forum and yes, I see visitors to my website most times that I post. It is an awesome resource and source of traffic for all of us. I love the tips and encouragement that I see (most of the time) amongst the Warriors themselves. Truly a rich resource as long as we are on online : ) which I hope is for many years to come!
