Online Business Franchise?

Salute to you, fellow WARRIORS.

With the economy still the way it is here in the USA, I've heard quite a few people taking more about finding safe ways to generate income online. Some are trying to do it for alternative income while others are hoping to find a way to replace the money they make on their jobs.

I am somewhat familiar with the concepts behind affiliate marketing, but it seems like quite a bit of effort with a steep learning curve before generating any substantial profits-------not to mention the Google gymnastics, SEO somersaults, and astronomical amount of article marketing involve. To a relative novice with a minimum amount of time and limited financial resources, this seems like a very daunting task.

So I guess my question is:

Is there really such a thing as an Online Business Franchise? Something that allows people to invest a certain amount of money/time and they are practically "guaranteed" a certain amount of profit with a minimum amount of individual continued effort?

Or, is this just a fantasy that Internet Marketers like to promise, but it doesn't really exist?

I'd be appreciative of whatever thoughts or recommendations that you have that you've heard about, or has actually worked for you.

Thanks.

Matt Lloyd's business model is the closest I have seen to what you are asking. He offers a partnership to be able to use most of his funnel. Its a few thousand, but it will put you in a position to be able to spend more for advertising because you know you will make it on the backend with his high converting products.

It's hard work yes; but the concepts are actually very simple. It is in the proper implementation of these strategies that the learning curve really comes in. On article marketing, not sure what you mean by "astronomical amounts." For myself and others it is proven to be the best way to leverage both time and information. You don't need a million articles to see results.

If that exists, I would love to see it. This isn't like a McDonalds, where there is an established brand. You are best off making your own way.

Any internet marketer worth listening to is not going to make these kind of promises to you. If you hear them, run the other way.

    Thanks for responding, everyone.

I'll make a note to look into Matt Lloyd's offerings.

In reference to the article marketing comment I made, I have been hearing a lot about how sites like Ezines and Infobarrel are not as valuable to article marketing as they once were before Google changed their algorithms a while back. But I see that I should check more into this based on what you've just shared.

Also, some of the outrageous claims made by some internet marketers is probably what's responsible for a lot of the disillusionment I read about from other folks on different message boards. I suppose maintaining a more realistic perspective in the face of some of the more "too-good-to-be-true" sales pitches is necessary to successfully managing expectations.

    Thanks!

Just posting to directories isn't really what article marketing is anymore. That's article directory marketing. True article marketing today is all about syndication. My take on the method can be found in this thread:

Their are lots of franchise opportunities out their for online businesses, one of the most well marketed ones is from Mike Filsaime, but as with everything there really is no guarantee that you'll profit from it.

You are better off building your own funnels and driving traffic.

    Thanks for the replies everyone.

I'll look more into the links that you've provided and I'll also look up more info on Mike Filsaime too. The whole "building your own sales funnels" thing has been a real issue. Already lost a lot of money buying traffic with minimum amount of results. I obviously have quite a lot of work and a lot more research to do at all this.

If you really want to earn money like that, you should invest in a dollar store franchise. Then take all the customers that you get on a daily basis and communicate with them via direct mail and email. You'd probably pay the same amount for a successful online business franchise.

Turn-key businesses usually have some big investment and to find a turn key business for sale needs some good amount research on it. So finding the right one will be time consuming and its also has higher risk as well, as some of these businesses for sale, only have "profit" in reports.
