    There are lots actually.

Do a simple search on Google for "your niche" + "advertise with us" and you'll be busy enough.

Of course, be sure you do your due diligence before you pump money into any of them.

I tend to use Microsoft AdCenter (they may now be called Bing Paid Advertising?)

It's better than Google in my opinion, and the staff on the phone are not afraid to tell you something is going to fail - but then they work with you to overcome it. I regularly spend over an hour on the phone with them as they carefully work with me to improve my campaigns.

You call Google - they tell you everything is 'great' and they agree with everything you say.

Perhaps it's me, but when it comes to my advertising budget I'd rather be told the dealthy honest truth.

      Microsoft FTW!

One of the best places is to find out where a particular market hangs out
online, and then place some banner ads there. That's some of the most
targeted advertising around. (hmmm, now why does that sound familiar?)

It all depends what are you going to promote, if you choose to promote make money online product than there are plenty of places where you promote, from PPC, to media buys cause you can't say which one will convert and which will not.. You have test one by one, and you can't do all the advertise ment in the same time, it is not about money, it is about the time and focus

There are literally millions of places you can advertise your website free and paid. Some people have suggested to google other sites in your niche which is great advice. Something else I would tell you to do though is make sure you determine what type of advertising and site traffic they have before you purchase a plan. It's all about testing your RIO before you go all in on paid traffic.
