Help with membership website targeted at newbies

I am going to start my own membership website for beginners internet marketers. I am going to be promoting it offline, so chances are they will know literally nothing about IM. I'm going to offer monthly memberships very cheap, I am looking for volume. My problem is: with so many ways to go about making money online, I do not know where to even start teaching complete newbies. There is just so much information that we gather over the years that is just expected to be known. Also with so many ways to make money, I am not sure where to start giving them info. I am not going to use a membership site, it will be more of a news letter. So I need quality info to give my member 3 times a week. I was just wondering if anyone has a site for newbies, how they go about finding quality info to give my members at least 3 times a week. I just do not know where to start. Any information, or suggestions would be great.
Thanks

Learning Internet Marketing is a bit like learning to drive a car.

Learning to drive a car is nothing like learning internet marketing.

The very first thing to teach any putative internet marketer is that the business follows no strict rules but does have many rules.

The second is to teach them how not to become collectors of worthless information.

The third is to convince them that, not only are you going to teach them all they need to know, but that they should listen to nobody else because everybody teaches exactly the same processes - they just use fancy names and make wild, exotic claims for themselves to bamboozle, obfuscate and confuse.

If you can get these lessons home in your first news letter, you have a chance of retaining members. Your biggest threat is not that you haven't yet realised that you know enough to put together a plausible and effective training programme, it is that you don't see that you are a carp swimming among baracuda.

What your post seems to suggest is that you are going to find people who are innocent of the ways of the internet marketing crowd and send them, unprotected, into a den of thieves.

    Is my prejudice showing?

If you're not confident with your knowledge then you will need to improve your knowledge on internet marketing newbies.

Protect yourself by not making a fool out of yourself by teaching them newbies when you don't have that acquired knowledge.

If you can't even design a proven system/blueprint for yourself to work with then you're in trouble.

Unless you have a specialized skill that can help newbies, you might want to reconsider improving what you already know.

Artwebster brought up an important point and I have to agree.

I will give them info on as many ways to make money, they chose which path. I will simply give them the information. My question is with so much informations out there. How do I compile all this info. I hope for suggestion from people who already have a site for newbies

I'm confused, is this a newsletter or is this a website - your original post content seems to contradict your title?

For newbies a newsletter could end up getting lost in the sea of email they are likely getting from every free guru offer they are no doubt subscribing to. An actual membership website would give them a much more useful resource and would probably provide more incentive to continue paying the monthly membership fee. It would also make it easier to organize the wealth of content that you'll need to accumulate to serve them properly.

As an example, if you sent a newsletter out on March 1st about SEO how would your members review that information on July 1st when they wanted to refer back to it? Would they have to go back through every issue? What about members who don't join until June - would they get all of the "back issues" or would they just never get to read your SEO article? You could use a sequential autoresponder to give every member their information in the same order but you'd have to break the pattern to talk about the newest and latest thing or about a seasonal topic.

You could always supplement the website with the newsletter.

I am going to make a basic website with all different types on information on IM. But the money making tips will come in an email, with a link to the page i want them to see. The only reason I posted on here is because they're newbies they do not know what part of IM they want to get into. So i was just wonderig if anyone has a site aimed for noobs. If they could give me any tips on how much info on each subject should I use etc. Thanks for all the help.

What I would do is set up a forum for the newbies. This way you could post information and answer questions. Also, the newbies could do peer to peer sharing. And you could also have your autoresponder send them the info.
I think this is what you are looking for.
