Where to get items in bulk for cheap?

Hello,

I want to start selling good amount of stuff on ebay and at flea markets. Only thing is I am not sure where to get products that are at a good price where I can make a profit.

Does anyone know some companies or websites that actually have bulk items at good price?

Thanks
Anna

Check out liquidation dot com, its a liquidation website that sells store returns, refurbished items, new items, damaged items, in bulk. They can even sell you by the truckload.

But be careful because some of the stuff on there is you get what you get.

Try chinabuye dot com to get bulk items from China.

Also, I have found the dropshipping source directory to be a good resource. Go to worldwidebrands dot com.

Worldwide Brands has a good directory of wholesalers, etc that you could check out. It has an upfront fee but its worth putting the money down to avoid the aggravation of finding wholesalers yourself thru the search engines. You can search companies by niche or particular product.

Try xsdepot.com I think you will need a resellers license to buy from them, but they have great items for flea markets. They have new and refurbished items and there car audio and computer stuff usually sells very good at flea markets.

If i were to get my merch from dhgate, is there a possibility to get it drop shipped? Or does it depend on the manufacturer?

      • Aren't you going about this the wrong way?

Entrepreneurs usually figure out what they want to sell, what they can get for it, and then they go source it. If you don't take the time to make sure the numbers make sense, you will fail.

There were a couple of college kids on Shark Tank recently, making novelty peanut butters. Their cost to produce a jar is $3, they sell it to a grocery store for $4, who retails it for $5.99.

This is insane. Unless they can get their production cost down to $1 a jar or less, they will run this sputtering business for years and not make a dime off it, or go broke.

Once you know what an item sells for, then you can go buy it.

I have a friend who gets his MP3 players from a supplier on Alibaba, and he makes a killing with them on ebay. You may want to check Alibaba to see how it is.

You should be careful with dropshipping ordering too much at a time is dangerous you will lose your money if the company suddenly disappears or goes under. It has happened to more then one person since I first came on there. I have seen people nearly have a nervous breakdown over that. Buy take it in then sell it. But then SELL it don't let it sit around.
