From the EU/UK? Urgent! Sign the Petition!

As a few threads have already pointed out, all websites with any connection to the EU/UK from May 26th, will be illegal unless they first ask permission from every visitor to use cookies.

This means things like:
  • Google Analytics
  • Facebook 'like' buttons
  • AWeber forms
and loads more, cannot be used without first asking the visitor for permission.

Don't let this law pass without a fight. This will impact online business in the EU, as if the economy wasn't bad enough.

Do three things:
  1. Please visit this site No Cookie Law - stop the EU's war on cookies
  2. Sign the petition
  3. Share it with your friends

Thanks!

P.S. This may seem irrelevant to those of you in America, etc. But, if this is permitted to go through in the EU, who's to say America won't follow suit? Support your European friends

No, I have zero affiliation with it. (Except that I agree with what they're trying to accomplish).

If it helps, I'm using Chrome and didn't have any issues.

Just signed it. It's amazing - I never though ignorance could be displayed at such a massive scale.
