Default Getresponse form works on one site but not another...why?

I copied the code from my opt-in on my blog (which works fine) and pasted it onto a new website and tested it. I get no pop up confirmation and the new subscriber doesn't get added to the list.

Any idea how that can happen even though I straight up copied from one to the other (it's for the same campaign).

Thanks
Mike

Mike, my best advice is to do this:

Go back into your GetResponse account, go to the campaign you want to duplicate on another webpage, and then go to:

Subscribers >> Build Subscribers List >> Capture Subscribers and basically get the form code DIRECTLY from GR again.

By copy 'n pasting form your blog, you may have picked up some extraneous code.

Hey Barry...

Tried that too and it still doesn't go to GetResponse.

If I watch the status bar at the bottom of the browser, it says "waiting for (my url)" rather than "waiting for getresponse" like my blog does...

Ok, I figured it out....

There must have been something screwed up with the template that I used. That's what I get for being lazy and trying to take a shortcut. Now I get to re-build the page from scratch!

Thanks for your help everyone!

Mike

p.s. and then Milan saves the day by finding an error in the code thus saving me the trouble of re-building the page!
